Ann Matthews Terms and Conditions 
 

Purchases  
 

All sales are final. Ann Matthews is not responsible for items once they have been signed for and or have left the store, regardless of condition. We ask that you check your item fully with your sales associate. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns. 
 

Alterations  
 

Alterations are NEVER included in the cost of your special order or purchase. Ann Matthews approved seamstresses are the only third party vendor that we guarantee to work on any item purchased or ordered in our store. Ann Matthews LLC however does not make our seamstress service mandatory. However, Ann Matthews LLC shall not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by items arriving later then your “estimated ship date” given to us by our vendors, These extra costs are as follows but are not limited to; rush alteration costs, any money(s) paid to a seamstress not on the Ann Matthews LLC approved list, mileage costs, time, air fair or any other costs incurred due to travel, bustling. All costs directly related to the altering of your item purchased through Ann Matthews LLC. 
 

Tuxedo Rental Policy 
 

All tuxedo rentals will be scheduled for pick up on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before your event unless otherwise specified in writing and signed off on by a member of management.

Ann Matthews LLC is not responsible for fit or any other liability when tuxedo items are not tried on in the store. Furthermore, Ann Matthews LLC is not responsible to correct problems that its sale staff or management were never made aware of. The guarantee date for your tuxedo rentals is your event date, unless otherwise specified in writing and signed off by a member of management. All tuxedo rental items have been thoroughly checked by our staff for not only accuracy but to insure that every customer is leaving the store with the items that they have ordered. Customers are fully responsible for any lost or damaged items that they have rented. These replacement costs are determined by Ann Matthews third party vendors and are subject to change without prior verbal or written notice. In the event that a credit is granted, to fit your specific rental issues, that credit will not exceed the following. 
 

Pants Credit - $10

Shirt Credit - $10

Vest Credit - $10

Tie Credit - $5

Jacket Credit - 55% of the total rental of the tuxedo, without tax 
 

A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all Tuxedo Rentals. All Tuxedo Rental Deposits and Payments are Non-Refundable for any reason. 
 

Tuxedo Rentals for your Wedding Party

 

1 “Final Fit” for the groom’s tuxedo as well as the rest of the wedding party is scheduled for the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before your event. Remember rental tuxedos are adjustable. They are made to fit more than one person. The tux is the closest fit to the body type. If for any reason you need a change in the tuxedo, the new pick up will be Saturday by 12:30 pm. If you schedule the final fit before 2:00 pm on Thursday, your new pick up time will be Friday before 4:30 pm. Sizes for the tuxedos for each of the members of your wedding party will be chosen on the day they put down their deposit. The sizes are determined by measurements and “try ons” of actual tuxedo rental items. Each of your wedding party will be able to choose the size of items worn on the day of your event. Those same sizes will then be reserved for your wedding day. Ann Matthews Bridal is not responsible for the "fit" of any tuxedo item chosen by a member of your wedding party. Every effort is made to guide each customer on proper fit of a tuxedo. However, the ultimate decision is up to each member of your wedding on sizes. On the scheduled day for pick up, if anyone decides to change from what was ordered, a change out fee of $25 will apply for shipping fees. You may also have to pick up the replacement garment on the Saturday of the wedding. (the change out fee does not apply to children 12 and under, see associate for details) When picking up the tuxedo, a sales associate will go over all items in the tuxedo to make sure all items are accounted for. This will ensure all items needed for your wedding are present. Although every effort will be made to help those in your wedding party who are from out of town, Ann Matthews Bridal cannot be responsible for out of town measurements. Ann Matthews Bridal cannot be responsible as well for items not tried on in the store. Each person renting a tuxedo for your wedding is an individual contract. in the event there is an issue with that individual, the following will be used to issue any credit.

Bridal Gown Orders 
 

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery given in the order confirmation indicates the time frame the designer will ship the order to our location. The time frame provided by the designer is an estimate only. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, designers do not guarantee their delivery dates. Delivery dates are tentative and subject to change without prior notice. Most often, orders arrive on or before their approximate delivery date. On occasion, there may be a delay in production, which affects the order’s delivery to Ann Matthews Bridal. Please be assured we take every measure to ensure orders are delivered in the timeliest manner. Ann Matthews Bridal goal is to provide your dress 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. Time permitting. Ann Matthews LLC is not responsible for any dress delivered outside of the estimated ship or arrival dates given by our designers. The guarantee date for your dress is your original event date indicated on your order. In the event that a wedding is postponed, cancelled or an exact date is not given at the time your gown is ordered,  the item(s) ordered are still the responsibility of the customer. This entails the pick up of said items within 30 days of being notified that the order has arrived in our store. All deposits towards any item ordered are non-refundable, non-transferable regardless of reason. It also states this on each order receipt. No refunds will be issued unless your event date is not met. Ann Matthews LLC shall not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by items arriving later then your “estimated ship date” given to us by our vendors, These extra costs are as follows but are not limited to; rush alteration costs, any money(s) paid to a seamstress, mileage costs, time, air fair or any other costs incurred due to travel..

Custom Hems  
 

When wedding dresses arrive in the Ann Matthews Bridal store custom hems are checked for accuracy. Due to the nature of garments and shoes, it might be necessary to still hem the gown at the customers expense or change your shoes to reach your desired “lift” from the floor. Ann Matthews Bridal is not responsible for custom hem orders when using a separate petticoat. 
 
 

Bridesmaids Dress/ Jr. Bridesmaid and Flower Girl Orders 
 

In order to avoid additional shipping fees from the bridesmaids dress designer, all bridesmaids dresses for your wedding will arrive to our store in one box. Therefore, the arrival of all of your bridesmaids dresses is dependent upon the last bridesmaid in your wedding to order her dress. The “Order By Date” for your dresses is determined by not only your wedding date, but also by the bridesmaids designer approximate shipping schedule. The size of dress for your bridesmaid is determined by three measurements. Their bust, waist and hips. The dresses are not made to these measurements, but are made to the measurements of  the designers size chart, including a standard length. These measurements are then compared to the size chart to determine what dress size is closest to their measurements. The size is then chosen by your bridesmaid after all relevant information is given regarding fit and alterations. Ann Matthews is not responsible for the fit of any ordered dress. Ann Matthews is not responsible for fit of any dress determined by out of town measurements. Alterations costs are extra and are not included in the price of your bridesmaids dresses. Alterations are not done in our store, however, we do have approved seamstress’s. A bridesmaid is more than welcome to use another source for their alterations, however, our seamstress’s are the only ones that Ann Matthews Bridal will guarantee not only for their quality but also for the time allotted. Ann Matthews LLC shall not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by items arriving later then your “estimated ship date” given to us by our vendors, These extra costs are as follows but are not limited to; rush alteration costs, any money(s) paid to a seamstress not on the Ann Matthews LLC approved list, mileage costs, time, air fair or any other costs incurred due to travel, bustling. All costs directly related to the altering of your item purchased through Ann Matthews LLC. All deposits made by your bridesmaids are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for any reason. 
 
Bridesmaids Discount

The bridesmaid's discount may apply in two ways. First when a bride purchases her gown with Ann Matthew, her bridesmaids may receive a $25 discount off the retail price of each dress when the bridesmaid chooses to pay for her gown in full. Otherwise we only require a deposit of 50% to order the gown. The remaining balance is due upon pick up.

If the bride did not purchase her gown with Ann Matthews, each bridesmaid may still get a $15 discount off the retail price of each dress when the bridesmaid chooses to pay for her gown in full. Otherwise we only require a deposit of 50% to order the gown. The remaining balance is due upon pick up.

By accepting your receipt, signing the special order form and or taking your purchase, you are accepting the above terms and conditions.
